1. Service Agreement

Super Squeaky Clean, LLC agrees to provide residential and commercial cleaning services as requested and scheduled by the customer. Service requests are accepted based on availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked through our website or by phone.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payments.

Additional charges may apply for add-ons, extra services, or specialty cleaning.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Access to Property

Customers must ensure Super Squeaky Clean has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our services. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue or schedule a re-clean.

6. Health & Safety

For the safety of our staff and clients:

All pets must be secured during service.

Please inform us of any hazards or special cleaning needs in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

7. Damages & Liability

Our cleaners take great care, but in the rare event of accidental damage:

You must report any issue within 24 hours of the appointment.

Super Squeaky Clean will evaluate and offer a resolution if deemed responsible.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or cluttered environments.

8. Text and Email Communication (A2P Compliance)

By booking with us, you consent to receive SMS and email communications related to:

Message & data rates may apply.

9. Use of Website
